My main goal is to be healthy and fit. It is hard for me to ignore the scale though. Even though I do weight myself often, if it goes up a couple pounds I never get down on myself.
My main focus is to see change, be happy with my body, and feel comfortable in my own skin.

This is the fitbit. I really want one so bad. It’s about $100, and clips onto almost anything (waistband, pockets, bras, belts, etc.) It tracks steps taken, distance, calories burned and so on. Then it wirelessly tranfers the data when you are 15ft within the base you have connected to your computer. It puts it all on your account. It also tracks your sleeping habits.
Then you can post all your eating info, and other exercises it may not been able to add. There you go, full on fitness tracker. I think I’m in love. Who wants to get this for me just cause?
Any one have on of these? If so, how is it?
