So, I’ve gained a bit again (dammit!!) and it’s time to lose again. I’m at 135. Not awful but still “overweight.” It’s sad cause in march I was almost to 120! Then my brother lost his first daughter, I was traveling, and stressing all year. And lazy. Very lazy.
So I gained 10lbs back the last few months. I feel like a good chunk is water weight/bloat. So first, lots of water. Looking at some detox tea to help a little (and it’s yummy!)
I’m starting lose it again. Gonna do my Wii Fit I got (yay) and back to my favorite Nike training app. Gonna need to start running too. Later I’ll make a “goals” section.
Oh and where I need help! I forgot what I ate when I first lost weight other than healthy. I need some yummy Bfast/Lunch options! I’m gonna of course get fruit, stock up on some veggies. Caleb said he’d cook and cut up chicken for wraps/pitas.
