My main goal is to be healthy and fit. It is hard for me to ignore the scale though. Even though I do weight myself often, if it goes up a couple pounds I never get down on myself.
My main focus is to see change, be happy with my body, and feel comfortable in my own skin.
You can learn more about me on my "Who's Bre" Page! I also love to knit, craft, do hair (licensed) and i'm sure a lot of other mediocre things that no one else cares about.

So the last few days I’ve been trying to see how many push ups I can do. Well, I start at 2. haha, Yep, 2 big kid push ups. the a day or so later I did 3, with tons of shaking. Today I did 4!

I now..4 isn’t much. But the best part was that the first 2 I just pumped out like nothing. I felt strong & firm! It was awesome. I’m trying to add a new push up every night, if not more. And when I can’t do any more of the normal push ups, I do the knee assisted push ups (you know “girl” push ups) until I can no longer do those.

Then I plank on my elbows til I fall, then once more on my arms. I know, still not much.

But Baby steps.

seriously though guys. I felt like a bamf with the first 2 push ups. My Hubs is pretty proud!

I always end up wanting to working out right before work/I have to be somewhere, when I don’t have time to.

Hey guys! I know, long time since there’s been a real update. Well working retail during Christmas is way killer, and then I’ve been addicted to Makeup videos on YouTube lately, so you know how that goes.

During the holiday season I just ate, and ate. I enjoyed junk food, I ignored calories, and I had a great time.

And I actually lost weight.

This could be from 2 reasons: 1. I was actually getting enough calories for my body to not be in “starvation” mode. and/or 2. Since it was holiday and 2-3 people quit during this time, I was working lots of overtime with 1 day off a week. Around 8 hours a day running around a store and ringing people up 6 days a week definitely wears on you!

I’ve been a steady 125, and been fluctuating down, all the way down to 123.4 the other day!! Crazy, right? I wanna see that 120lbs. Less than 10lbs away from a happy weight. I am being able to pull some old clothes over my bottom. Some still don’t button, some are quite snug, and some fit fine.

So with the new year, I started to eat a bit better. We got to buy real food since Caleb hasn’t been working as much (lots of stress with the living situations and such as you can tell.)

So over the next few weeks I also wanna start to walk/jog, and get some 30 day shred in as well. I will try to update on here, but no promises. Here’s my to do list:

- Study for (and finally take) Cosmetology Test

- Still need to Change last name

- Look around for other jobs

- Create updated budget

- Knit baby goodies for pregnant sis in law & friend

- Update crafting blog www.sewbastediwannapurl.com

There’s other things in there as well, I promise, haha. SO that’s the jist of my absence. Hope y’all haven’t missed me too much.

Elbow-To-Knee crunches

Hey guys, one of the most frequent questions I get is how to get rid of that annoying“lower pooch” or the ”lower donut” that girls commonly get.

It’s REALLY hard to get rid of but this is one of the BEST exercises to work your entire stomach and will help get rid of it!

I don’t know about you, but i don’t want a greasy donut IN MY STOMACH or ON MY STOMACH!

Yes, they’re painful… BUT WORTH IT!

This morning my Fiance woke me up at 10am, and literally dragged me off the bed. No really, he grabbed my legs and pulled me off. Haha. We were walking by about 11. I tracked it on my Nike+ GPS iPhone app (that I love!) however it seems it may have not tracked the last few blocks back. I may have paused it on accident. So it says I walked exactly 4 miles, when in reality it may have been 4.5 miles.

Here you can see the screenshots of the app. I have my final information, route & speeds. Mind you we did stop at a frozen yogurt place (skinnidip) for about 20 minutes, lots of lights & went to safeway. I got to munch on some Original frozen yogurt with strawberries & pineapple. Nom!

My Fiance told me he’s gonna do this to me everyday..or probably almost everyday, which is good I suppose, cause I burned almost 200 calories. haha.
