So I’m effin awful at sticking to basic goals. So I will be doing a weekly update of goals and how well I achieve them. These will be related to fitness, weight loss (as in calorie/general food consumption, not lbs or inches even) and some basic life goals as well.
This week 8/5-8/11
- Run at least 3 times a week with a minimum total of 8 miles for the week.
Track longest distance before walking & fastest mile for these runs.
- Do NTC at least 2 times
- up to 5 pushups at end of week
- No more than 1900 calories on work out days (unless more are needed to maintain over 1300 minimum)
- No more than 1500 on non work out days that I work.
I can do this shit! I’m almost over my sickness and I have a 5k I wanna not walk during!
